Thank you for shopping at MirZ InStyle.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 
About Your Order
  • Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

Shipping​
  • MirZ InStyle ships $7.99 rate domestic shipping. 

  • You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.  Any returned packages will be subject returned shipping fees that we incur from the post office.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to the correct and secured location. 

Returns
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-washed, un-worn, scent free and in the same condition that you received it.  Tags must still be attached.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging along with the original order receipt.

  • Once we receive the item,  we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt.  If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it.

Exchanges
  • Refunds are only issued in the form of an online store credit.  We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

  • All Jewelries, Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.  No Exceptions.

Shipping Your Items Back
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • We are not responsible for any returns that many be lost or damaged in the transit.
